Deffence Advisor of the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain Ashok Rao made a call on to the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. Kapila Waidyaratne PC yesterday (19th Wednesday).During the meeting a cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and Captain Rao. They also exchanged mementoes to mark the occasion.
Military Liaison Officer of the MOD Major General DAR Ranawaka and the Assistant Defence Advisor of the Indian HC Lt Col GS Klair were also present at the occasion.
